L96a1 is cool but deviation on it is not. but personally i don't snipe alot but my newbie friend who likes sniping in any game, he says he prefers the svd/88 not because it semi-auto but because he is annoyed that the m42 does not auto zoom once you have fired. (he is a counter striker) plus he ALWAYS go for head shots and so it really doesn't matter what gun he uses. btw in cs he doesn't use the awp but rather the scout and pwns with it.

SVD owns all, i totally figured out how to use it long range now, no more L96 for me as MEC!!!!
