My next real step. It would be nice if they had a stat system though. That is why BF2 has had longevity. Also someone told me Novalogic has a new game in the works. I haven't heard much but I played the DF series for years.

I dont think any game will ever be near as addictive as BF2 was to me - When it dies I'm probably going to go get a life or two.

Quake Wars. I'm praying right now that it is good for competition, if not I will pub it but definitely try and find a better game for competition -- such as Frontlines: Fuel of War.
Why do people compare BF2142 with quakewars? They are not the same, BF2142 is the same as BF2 but better on few points.
Sure BF2142 is in the future but doesn't meen its the same as quake wars. So if you gonna compare BF2142 with quake wars then compare it with BF2, its almost the same.
For me I will play games that I find good, test those other big titles, like Spore, Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead and the rest.
