Anway, I picked up an iPod Nano 4GB with case and some goodies for under $80. Better than the Creative I could have bought at that price.

So, I assume I have to go install iTunes? Anything else I may need to do conversions or whatever? And if this iPod happens to come with music..,how do I get it off, and on to my PC?

Love my iPod . I have had four. I have a 5th gen 60 gig Video now. The best piece of software for it is anapod explorer but it's not free. It's much better than iTunes. It's just like working in a windows environment, just click and drag what you want.

Yes you should use Itunes even though it sucks as a program. If it does come with music, once you install Itunes you will understand how to remove it. Its pretty easy.

Why do people hate ipods? i for one hate macs, because they are for homofags that dont understand how to use a PC (unless ur doing pro video editing, thats the 1 thing they are good for) But ipods are awesome, no other MP3 player comes close.

iPod has been the big guy for quite sometime. People like to pull for the underdog. Or maybe it's their overwhelming desire to be unique..lol. For me I have had years of enjoyment from them. It's not going to change.

tbh, i got a nano because it was one of the only mp3 (m4p but w/e .....) players that had the capacity, menu system, features and software that fit into something so small. I like the smallness (smallness ? lol ) of it because i dont wanna belugging around something huge, plus i got it for only £100 which is cheap

Because it's cool to hate things for no reason. Just be a sheep and hate iPods without forming your own opinion. No, saying "IPODS SUCK YOU FUCKING FAGGOT" is not stating why you hate them, dipshit.

The iPod's a fine music player, I like my nano. My PSP does play audio, but it can't play iTunes Store audio since it has DRM. And the DRM scrubbing process is a pain in the ass. So I got it for my birthday. Not to mention my PSP is far larger than the nano.

I'm sure if it was from Creative or MS then people wouldn't hate. But since it's apparently cool to hate Apply if you use PC's, not much you can do but sit back and laugh as you watch the orgy of iPod haters who actually buy the whole "Let's be non-conformists and all hate the iPod!"
