I'm ready to get flamed but i'm getting tired of playing IO really fast. I'm an old school fps type person one who's used to the cs days were you crouch and fire for improved accuracy. I still do that in bf2 or call of duty were if you go prone you cant run jump and dive into a prone and fire you need go stop and go prone....It's bs that you can run full speed jump about 3 feet in the air land on your stomach and fire with almost 100% acc. I'd rather get chopper whored in an un-cap then get killed this way it's just such a bad exploit. Anybody out there feel the same or is it just me?

i believe there is some skill in it,
eg. if you dolphin dive round a courner killing 3-5 peeps then IMO thats skill (i do this alot with me ak101, scares the shit out of them lol)
but if u dive in the open, thats noobish

its a part of the game. It is not skill or noobish. skill determines whether you go prone and wipe out a squad or you go prone and then get owned x10
i just toss a nade around the corner, same effect, better tactic.
hasn't this been discussed before? Anyways, it doesn't matter, nothing a grenade or C4 under their feet won't fix. Take them out along with me.

Its alright if you do it when people are shooting at you or theres like 5 enemies infront of you, but when you bounce around the whole round like a retard, then ya, Its pretty stupid.

No, it doesn't take skill at all....because it's really easy to do and anyone can do it. But it can be effective and efficient. Just because it can be effective and efficient, doesn't make it skill. That doesn't necessarily mean it's "cheap" either.

Any asshole could dolphin dive, a lance corporal on his first account could do it if some one showed him how. It really detracted from the feel of the game, it made it look so retarded, glad it is gone.
Constantly jumping and proning has no benefit unless the situation calls of such drastic movements.
Besides if its so lame, why can't the dolphin diver shoot back whilest doing this? Sure the guy whos dolphin diving is moving but surely by now you can hit a moving target. Not only that, the guy cant shoot back unless he stops jumping around, so essentially the dolphin diver is at a disadvantage also the only factor the "lamer" can rely on is his enemy being unable to aim.
Macros are so last year and are useless unless you suffer from some disease which makes you unable to press keys in a specfic order. Dolphin diving is nothing to what it was a few patches ago so quit whining and get used to it. Or start playing battlefield futurama if you want infantry combat thats less dynamic and unique as bf2.
