Okay, I am having difficulties with two questions.

The first one is in the economics-section.

Okay, a person wants to make a loan in his bank. The loan is at 100.000$

The interest is at 0.75% per month. The loan is over 48 months.

Here is a formula.

y=r*G*(1+r)^n/(1+r)^n-1

y=payment per month.

r=interest per month

n=loan in months

G=the size of the loan.

But I am always getting different results and so are my classmates.

This formula may be a bit false since I think you should put some more brackets in there.

But I know some here are studying math at a high level.

The next one is about a function.

This one is about how many cl can be in some paticular bottles and how much you should pay in packing.

I must say that the line you must make should actually be uneven but we must make an even line that is so close as possible to this system and find the function for it.

Content in cl X=interval centre. Y=Tax on packing

under 10 5 5

10-40 25 10

40-60 50 16

60-110 85 32

110-160 135 48

The first is just knowing how to tackle the formula.

The second I totally forgot how to make.

But still should be easy for some.

Actually I am pretty convinced that this right.

The lower I am also pretty sure is right now.

It stod that you had to find the equation for l.

and since x is about 3 times bigger than y it is

y*3=x

or x/3=y

Woot woot I am done with math.

Now I have to make german and that is not ^^^^

What kind of interest is the first one? Simple or compound? cos that formula looks insanely complicated if all your doing is the amount after interest.
Simple - I=prt/100
p = principal
r= rate p.a
t=time in years
I= interest.
Get interest and add to principal

Compound = A= P(1+r/100)^t
A= amount
P=Principal
r=rate p.a
t=time in years, or depending on installments alter it, such as 38 months is 38/12

Gotta love fomula's, number plugging skillz to da max!

But what numbers do you get if you do the formula that I have. I did it twice and in this case the extra brackets does not matter like if it was normal annual.

what are you trying to find? how much he owes the bank after the 48 months?
which would be (if he has to pay interest at the end of the month)

Code:

10000 * (1.0075^48)=143140.5333

Or how much he has to pay each month so that he is debt free at the end of the loan? constant payments or interest for that month + 2083.3333 (i.e. 100000/48)

But you just have to make a linear line of best fit

and then make the equation of it.

The formula looks great but I think it is acceptable just to say

y=0.33x

or y*3=x or x/3=y

if you dont want the + number bit you have to force the line to intercept 0. to save you the trouble the formula would be y = 0.359 x

But I am not using a program to make a 100% correct answer so I think 0.333 will be acceptable.
