Okay, I've searched, but I can't get the download for the windows media player plug-in for mozilla firefox, as in where do I get the plug-in for mozilla to play windows media files... .mp3/.mpeg... etc on firefox2

It might be simpler to just try reinstalling Windows Media Player.

Better, install Media Player Classic and MediaPlayer Connectivity. MPC plays everything.
