On this site it says that you need to get 10 kills in a round to get vetren ground and have basic I got 18 kills in a round and Dident get it, whats up with that?!
Well, the obvious question is, do you have the basic one? Also, it takes some time to get the stuff updated, servers being bitchy and all. And make sure you were using either the TOW missile systems or the mounted MGs when you got those kills.

It's Veteran Ground Defense, not just veteran ground. I'm assuming you got 18 kills on foot, but the award requires 10 kills in the mounted M249 or TOW's (or the MEC/PLA equivalents). Try it again, or be a noob like me and go commander, get in the mounted machine gun, and get 10 artillery kills. Good luck mate.
At a rough guess, you're lying (or mistaken). If you already have the bronze badge and then you got 18 kills using ground defense weapons in one round, you would have got the veteran badge. Two more kills using ground defense weapons and you'd have got the expert badge.Smartpartspaintball wrote:

By the way, you do realise that MGs mounted on vehicles do not count, right? It's just the MGs and TOW missile launchers mounted on concrete structures and buildings that count.
