BF2S Forums My answer to vegetarianism

Man that burger does look good, but I bet it did not taste as good as it looked. I used to always get this "burger" called a Scoobie Snack from this burger van which sat round the corner from my flat. It was built from 1 burger, 2 bits of bacon, 1 fried egg, 1 tattie scone, 1 square sausage, cheese, and sauce. It looked and smelt amazing, but every time you ate it, it was not as nice as you thought.

On the subject of Omnivores, and evolution.

I was watching the US version of Wife Swap (yeah I was watching Wife Swap, big whoop, what you gonna do about it), and there was one family from the city who were tidy, ate proper food and used modern domestic products. The other family lived on a farm, did not use modern domestic products, were messy and ate everything raw.

Now this is just stupid. Humans evolved from the apes who ate raw food, and now we cook our food to kill germs. This family were just stupid, as they were putting themselves at risk. I can understand about people being vegetarian , but to eat raw food, INCLUDING meat, is just dumb.

I could not imagine myself being a vegetarian.  No thanks, give me a cow on a plate any day.

peta = people eat tasty animals.  i love meat, i love to hunt and fish, kill it and grill it.  i've had some weird stuff in my time, no doubt about that.  mountain lion, egret, ostrage, gator, snake, squirrel, muskrat, coon, deer, bear.....you get my point.

i've seen the that "Bullshit" show, it's pretty damn funny!!!

That's awesome it looks good,the film was crazy like some hellraiser for cows lol moooooo!, its too bad though that commie couldn't get us Peta infiltrations to Venison, lamb, chicken & bacon plants as well. I had always wondered how they did it , I was disappointed in the efficiency of some of them as well.
You should have got some buffalo on there as well it's really lean & tasty!

Probably about as high and mighty as vegetarians who look down their noses at us omnivores.

Nothing beats a nice juicy steak with some chips (fries) and beans!!

I don't look down on "omnivores".

I look down on people who see meat as a red piece of muscle sitting on a white Styrofoam try in Costco and think nothing of it.  The only way I would ever go back to eating meat would be if I were the one to raise the animal and slaughter it/catch the animal and kill it/hunt the animal.  Personally, I can't justify eating an animal that serves no other purpose in live than to be pumped full of growth hormones, sit in a stall all it's life, then be killed inhumanely.

That's my opinion, if you want to bash me for it, be my guest.

eat meat if you like it.... Chickens would eat us if they could...Tigers do ! I think tho (not that i've done it) but people that eat meat should be able to kill and skin said animal atleast once in their lifes.

plants have feelings too.  they didnt grow just so they could be plucked and murdered and chewed on by dirty human hands

Anyone watch Bear Grylls on TV in the UK.... its surprising what a level headed person will eat when they don't know whether they will eat again - the scene with the turtle is unbelieveable, also i remember laughing my head off at a Bill Bryson book (Down Under( where he is talking about this guy who is lost in the bush who happens across a little creature that has wandered from its mother, this guy hasn't eaten or drank anything for days I guess and just swipes the whole thing into his mouth fur and all...BOSH you'll do.
