Ok, so I live in Norway, the most expensive place on earth....

A MacBook Pro in the US costs $2000
A MacBook Pro in Norway costs $3000

My dad is going to the US in a week. I want a MacBook, but I need a norwegian keyboard on it...

Is it possible to change out the American keyboard to a Norwegian one when he comes back?
