alright just to throw it out there i'm okay with computers, but i know absolutely nothing about the parts or anything advanced whatsoever.i searched for this topic, but i couldn't find anything i can actually understand.i have a RADEON X600 (0X5B62) video card, and i want to update the drivers.one of my friends has Nvidia and told me that i'd better not try to update them if i don't know what i'm doing because i could mess up my computer.so basically i need to know where do i go to update them(how do i even know if new drivers are out?),what to do,and if there's any risk involved.any help would be greatly appreciated.please don't flame me for my stupidity because i have no idea what i'm doing with this stuff.thanks!
Go to ATI's website and search for you model. It's easy.

i downloaded it and installed it,then it stopped and said i needed .Net Framework.it started installing something else, then it restarted the computer and i got the .Net Framework message again.is it done installing or do i need something else?
.net framework is a Windows Update thing. Go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and let it scan for updates. When it's finished scanning, click on Optional Updates (or whatever it's called) and look for the .net framework update.
