There really is no way to do it in a "fast way"... I'm actually training for competative eating and eat about 20-25 hot dogs in one sitting once a week and eat everything. I"m 6 foot and weight 159lbs.- 167lbs after I'm done eating, sometimes I go up to 175 lbs..  But after I go to the bathroom it's right back down to the 159, so now I started going to the gym so my muscles will grow and it will keep the protein up..

Also if you start going to the gym when you're skinny you get cut super fast..

I suggest cycling. You'll lose a lot of weight quickly, but then it'll start piling back on when you start doing 20-30 miles a week.

Working out with heavy weights, low reps. Lot's of protein and water. It will pack the weight on quicker than a high caloric diet that will eventually leave you with regret. It's no secret that muscle is heavier than fat.

Eat healthy but work out also, the more you  hungry you get, and you lose a lot of energy when you workout.

Yup that's what CUT means.. It means Tone over here in New Jersey(just some lingo if you didn't know) I started working out about 2 weeks ago and I"m skinny and you can already really see it in my arms.

man that is a wierd situation to what I am like. I am overweight so going to the gym and eating less so that I can lose it. But I will but on a couple of pounds at the weekend easily by just eating McD's, KFC, Pizza.

Yeah, normally you drink a slim fast in place of having a normal meal.  Has all the protien, fat, nutrients that you need without as many calories.

Let me give you my advice Masterstyle...First your diet, since you want to gain weight, you should eat foods that have fat, protein, and carbs in it and no sugar. When you eat sugar you are destroying the muscle that you worked out at the gym or whatever. One cookie destroys a hard 45 minute workout. My advice is not to weigh yourself everyday because when you do that you will keep saying to yourself that im not gaining any weight which you really are it is just that you want results fast. If you eat fattening foods and no sugar (includes sodas, cookies, candy etc.) and do a good 45 minute workout around 6 times a week building muscle, you will gain around 10 pounds a month. Trust me it is a total mental and physicological battle. If you can withstand the first month (which is the hardest) all that the fat that you were eating will turn into muscle. After your first weigh in after a month, you should not see SIGNIFICANT improvements but you should see some if you have kept true to your diet and your workout routine. But trust me after the first month, you will see major gains and will skyrocket the scales. I can't tell you exactly what kind of exercise that you like or the exercise that you want to do but do whatever exercise you do in the weight room and keep the diet and you will receive results.
