Forearms. What are some ways you can work our your forearms? I've been looking up ways, but can't really find any good ways. If you have any ways let me know please .

That and Powerballs (no jokes please I've done em all)
Get some free weights, um, like the dumbell type. And use a "curl" motion but only used your wrist. I can't explain it that well, but it works good as long as you have the proper form. Good luck!
I don't have any weights =\. I want some, but I can't get any.nonexistentusmc wrote:

Assuming your serious and are not looking for a cheap joke. (Probably not)
Preacher curls work to help your forearms when you are doing your biceps (Two birds one stone). Use your full range of motion by starting your reps with your wrist extended and your knuckles pointed towards the floor and complete it with your knuckles pointed at your chest. Also, tie a rope around a small weight and the other end to a stick and roll it up from the floor. (I didn't explain that very well but if you have spent anytime in a gym you know what I am talking about.)
Also I want to emphasize form along with nonexistentusmc. Your wrist are one of the most fragile joints in your body so be careful and start off easy.

I've made a ton of these in my life because I keep losing them...
What works the best for this, is a broken wooden hockey stick. Get a section from the shaft of the stick about 18 inches in length, and tape up both end's with tape. I suggest white cloth hockey tape, or type of tape w/o tar in it. Drill a hole directly in the center of the stick, and tie a string about 3 feet in length through the hole. I suggest old hockey skate laces, they're pretty strong and durable. Bonus points for guessing what sport I play. Tie a weight, 10-15 pounds is good to start if you have never done them before, at the other end, and viola.
As far as reps go, I usually do 3-5 sets of 12 reps. 1 rep includes fully getting the weight from the floor to the stick, and then unravelling it back down to the floor. Don't be a pussy and let it drop. Hold your elbows at your hips, and try to keep your arms at a 90 degree angle, with your forearms parallel to the floor.
Great for wrist shot power.
*edit* Noticed you said you don't have any weights. This is real easy to improvise, just tie something heavy to the string. Find a scale, find something thats 10-15 pounds, and tie it on.

Good to be back.
Use a squash ball. It works just as well, if not better and costs less than 5 bucks.
If you dont wish to spend money and have lots of time spent reading at work or listening in classes do Isometric exercises, putt your hands under the table and push up wards. If the table isnt anchored use your feet to hold it down and wrok out your legs at the same time. This exercise can also be done if you just push ur palms against each outer.
