I fly all the choppers in game extensively and have found a few issues regarding the SF Choppers primarily.

1. The physics seem to be greatly different in how they roll (I can't explain it well but it seems like the controls ar less forgiving for the SF choppers with regards to roll).
2. The Hind is a disgrace to anyone who flies it but it is still a effective anti-armor force if you have a good co-pilot (which I always do with a Teamspeak connection).
3. The MEC/PLA transport choppers are nearly useless unless you get a squad of jackasses to load up on support/spec ops and chuck C4 out the back, which is not what I would call a very "honorable" strategy .
4. SF Helos have a much greater missile splash that I very much appreciate after flying the standard BF helos and not being able to kill infantry almost altogether.
5. The MEC chopper copilot weapon is ridiculous .

All in all I think the rocket payload reduction will help balance SF but will leave standard BF slightly off because of the standard chopper's weak missiles.
I think all maps that have HIND vs. Apache need a serious inspection in regards to how hard the hind vs. apache fight is to win and how big of an advantage the Apache is (Especially Iron Gator and Ghost Town-- I think that's the map name with the choppers that spawn at the cap-flags.. not sure).
Surge Hind vs Hind is pretty funny and in a way kind of sad.

MEC chopper copilot gun needs reduction in power.
PLA/MEC Transit choppers and the HIND need some kind of boost to help them out a little or better care taken with respect to what they are put up against. (Hind vs Apache, Mi-7 vs Blackhawk maps are a joke)
If standard choppers rocket payload is reduced their damage should be increased slightly -- NOT SF choppers though, their damage is fine.

For those of you with trouble flying, I can't stress enough the advantage of having a GOOD copilot. I don't mean someone who just jumps in with you spontaneously but actually knowing the person and being able to talk to them personally while flying.

Mi-17 is indeed hard to fly than apache. I have noticed that heli rockets in sf more effective against infantry than vanilla bf.
