I am teh uber noob, so can someone please inform me about this Karma? If someone gives you +1 karma or minus one, what the hell does it all mean? And yeah, thats it. Thanks.
You can no longer give out negative karma, but +1 means you think that person made a particularly insightful or funny post. This can to some degree represent how well liked someone is on the forums.
