Hi. I recently purchased a new monitor (E228WFP 22 in Dell E228WFP Wide Flat Panel Monitor). Looks to be a pretty good bang for the buck if you ask me. 5ms response time! Upgrading from a regular 19in Dell. Anyways, my question is what exactly will I need to do to setup BF2 to play the game in widescreen?  I have goggled this and come up with many answers.  Just looking for an accurate and more definitive one. Thanks guys.

for bf2 wide screen "G:\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +szx 1680 +szy 1050 or what ever res u can use

Ok, thanks. But I've read that even changing the command line, there is still a decrease in FOV. Is this true? Why won't EA support native WS! It being an unfair advantage is such a bs excuse!
