I'm a former CSS player, and I've always played with the crappy sniper: the scout. After a while you're just able to pull off these very lucky and unfair shots in cqc. I'm not quite there with BF2 yet, but who knows.some_random_panda wrote:

Urban maps generally have a lowish cap on view range but a few of the open maps have ranges well up there (Wake, Dalian, Dragon, Oman, Fushe, Kubra, Clean Sweep and Zatar).Invaderzim wrote:
How do you people see at 300m, Most maps can see a max of 150 meters even with your graphics setting optimised for range
Roger that.Invaderzim wrote:
With all settings on high you cant see as much though. Your better off without shadows...
Most settings don't have any effect on view range, and can impact negatively on the ability to discern targets the higher they go in fact.psycokiller05 wrote:
the view distance scale and crank the graphics all on high and have a nice resolution on x4aa is how i see so far its great i see things other noobs cant

Null vote: depends on the map, the way the game is going and both teams' makeup. Adaptability is key.
Ehm, having a good pc doesn't make you not a noobpsycokiller05 wrote:
