I have more time on a middle east map, more points and pretty much more everything on a middle east map and it still isn't awarded. anyone know whats up?

just check your stats and make sure you have played all the maps

Theres a glitch in the stat system where on some accounts this same medal doesnt ever show up. My friend got all the requirments a couple months ago and still hasn't gotten it.

Try getting a win on Oman as MEC, I haven't gotten mine yet and probably never will.
It's bugged, there is nothing we can do or you can do, and this problem has been gone over many times before.
