players who talk a lot during a game, doesnt matter if it is smack talk or if they just talk about their daily lives or random stuff.
It means that they have no one in their life that listens to them, parents, friends, GF, BF, siblings ect

big rule in MP game; people who talk smack in reality suck ass in the game. they need an ego boost to distract you, then they pwn you because you are so distracted with what they say. then they talk about their l337 ness.
It can be fun though, do you play games ONLY to play super serious and win 100% of the time? If so, how can you insult the people who play it for a laugh?
If I'm not on TS I do sometimes make banter, especially if others say something interesting, if there is a regular player I know to talk to, or if the same guy keeps killing / being killed by me...usually talk about the game though, not real life stuff obviously

I generally ignore people who are shit-talking at me. Anyone who shit talks is generally dying more than they're killing at that particular point in time, so why respond? Most of the time, if you respond then you end up dying while typing or giving them ammo for a "HAHAH" when you (finally) die to them. Also, if you start moaning about raping uncaps etc. the person doing it will just go out of their way to pick on you because you opened your big stupid mouth.
I've played with a couple of bigmouths for years, and talking shit just leads to bad things happening (getting banned from servers or repeatedly kicked). E.g. just the other week I was playing with someone and he was moaning in text chat. He got kicked, I didn't. I prefer to keep the game 'light' and enjoyable. If someone talks shit at me, I will usually just make a joke or ignore them (or give them a barb every 20 minutes or so when I get one over them). It's really not worth bothering about It's a game. It's meant to be fun, not frustrating. Also conversely, it really fucking pisses people off if they're venting at you about x/y/z and you stay silent and dominate them. So by not flaming them back, it's still the ultimate burn at times

Bf2 is a massive lulzfest. It just makes your day when you enlighten the server with the stupidity of some people. Basically you get a lot of "FUK U FAGIT" kids running after me like headless chickens, shooting me on a ff off server. If anything, ill make absolute fools out of anyone who has the nerve to consider me>you=h4x.

He ends up leaving, even saying he will /wrists. I can tell between an idiot and a troll, he was definately the former who forgot his ritalin today.

one of the reasons why i walked away from MP games is the insane amount of immaturity from 15 year old kids who just literally call people "fagits"
this summer on XBL for COD4, two people were just using racist words via audio chat. it was hilarious at first, then it got out of hand basically they were using the word " nigger " all the time. it got to a point where i lost concentration and instead of doing well, i did poorly in the round.
