when my buddy was tryin to install bf2/sf (he got the deluxe pack) he got the message "theres not enough disk space to install these options please free up some disk space or modify your options" but he has more than 2 gb available and it says u only need 1. something to install

help please

go out and get another hard drive.

only 2 gig space? full BF2 with SF, AF, and EF takes up 5gig.. so you might want more free space to install and to play (low space might hamper pc performance)

The install and some early patches didn't pay attention to what drive/partition you're installing it on. You need 2GB on C: no matter what, then the actual free space on what drive you're installing.
