Bubs got perma banned.
The chain email I sent out was like a petetion.
I wanted to plead the case to Chuy to get him unbanned.
They have already said basically to forget it, that he can create a new account.

The guy wanted to provoke and that worked. After I read the OP, I thought that further in the thread he behaved real bad or he had personnaly told someone that he was a dumbass or anything like that. Ive read the whole thing and I came to the conclusion that the ban was strictly because of the OP, which I find provokating, but not worth a ban. As one of the poster said, its his opinion, badly expressed but still... I bet that if his op had been against France, much more people would have laughed and agreed and he wouldn't have got a ban. He got a ban because he said bad things about the country where most of the members come from. I honestly thing that it was the other members job to argue and prove him wrong. Shuting his mouth with a perma ban was not the right thing imo.
I nully agree with the guy, but at the other end I dont think that banning him is the solution. BTW, he only posted his op and a few other posts in the first and second page, and then let the other members debate in his thread, which seemed to be going pretty well until the close-down. And he didnt personnaly harassed anyone.

Bubbalo's post states his opinion of American's. Not everyone will agree with what he thinks. To me, the main idea of the D&ST is to post your feelings of what if happening around the world, which is what Bubbalo did. He does not deserve to be banned because of his theories, ideologies, and beliefs.
So if this is how he thinks of American's, I'm fine with that.
I think he should be unbanned.
