Looking around my program files found a picture of the m82 (i know its been seen before) and i was wondering which one you guys would have liked better as the first sniper unlock. Personaly i think the M82A1 looks like a Kickass gun.

But still 95 damage and semi-automatic=waaaaaaaaaaay overpowered. It versus the other guns would be worse than the F35 versus J10.jord wrote:

The M-82 and the M-95 fire the same round, hence the same damage. The muzzle break and the buffer springs in the M-82 cut the recoil down to nil. I have shot the M-82A1 in real life and it had about the same recoil as M-16.

to do this open the file: objects_server.zip/weapons/handheld/ussni_m82a1/ussni_m82a1.tweak
change this line of codechange it to look like thisCode:

***check out further in that thread and you'll be able to copy a better .tweak file for the M82 so that the sounds etc match the animations a bit better and also remove the only being able to fire whilst prone***

i had a german one based on the EU but with G-36Ks and Cs. and also mroe accurate guns and more clips for weapons etc... seriously i would give making your own mod a short, i learnt in a few days
