Incidently, a workmate told me yesterday that he recently talked to his cousin who is currently working in Oman, at the closest possible point to Iran. His cousin reckons Iran and the US have unofficially been at war for two months now, and that he can see the glow of bombs/missiles exploding in Iran if he goes out to the beach at night.
