Stupid people do not deserve courtesy. If I had it my way, it would be a law that ignorant dumbasses would be allowed to be told off by employees. Some questions that people ask, and the way they treat the employee their asking, is utterly ridiculous, ESPECIALLY after the employee has calmly answered the same question over and over and over again.

One thing I was taught while going to school is that 70% of computer problems are caused by people who "know what they are doing".

In other words, unless you have a degree or work in an IT field, you don't know shit. You may be more adept than others, you may think you are real clever and you may think you can fix anything but morons like you always end up calling a service desk because they fucked something up and don't know how to fix it. Most of the time, it's some jackass that thought he had a PhD and manually tried to change the color of his Word text using the raw registry to impress a friend, instead he got a "windows.exe file is corrupt or missing" error.
