or just use the haji connection that was allowed.  when i was there you had the ability to get Internet and or sat tv piped in to your hooch through a private haji contractor.  everytime there was a media black out in sector, the haji internet would still be running.  although, really slow and ridiculously expensive,  youre there for a year,  might as well enjoy your money while you still can.



but, shit, its been two years since i was in country.  it might be different now.

*Most* soldiers typically use thier CAC cards or some sort pki token to login now.
