Whenever i try to send a message it says "At least 60 seconds have to pass between sends. Please wait a little while and try send the message again." even when i havent sent anything or posted any topics in the last minute... any way i can sort it out?
happens to me all the time. i just have to wait and try again, or keep refreshing till it works.

Thats what bans are for. Anyone spams they get reported and banned.
The worst part of this bug (and yes, as a programmer myself, I am qualified to state that is a bug) is that if you repeatedly try to get the message sent, it will after a number of attempts (3 or 4 I think (I've never counted)) delete the entire text of the message - unbelievably annoying if you've composed a long message to someone. In fact I've just given up trying on a number of occasions because of this.

I've found that logging out and then back in can remedy the problem. Give that a try and report back.

I find if I ever get it that if I change something in the message, whether it's adding a smiley or a period, it should work after that.
