As much as I love my country and its flag, the flag is just a symbol. It can be used to inspire or taunt, nevertheless the right to do with it should no be infringed by our government on the basis of Free Speech.
When government makes restrictions like this, its a slippery slope.

I find it funny that they pick on China. I'm pretty sure Australia doesn't have a Bill of Rights. Of course, a Bill of Rights doesn't actually change anything. It's just a law that, like any other law, can be changed.

Not quite Bubbalo. This one requires a change in the Constitution, which is significantly harder.
The constitution was originally amended to protect the freedoms of citizens. Shouldn't other amendments protect those same freedoms, rather than strip them without cause?
