The $200 lifetime thing is the biggest scam ever. How long are you going to play an MMO? If it's longer than 20 months (unlikely for most people) then go ahead with your $200 but otherwise steer clear.

Ok first off the game is $50(special edition is $60).The monthly payment is $15 unless you preordered yours then it is only $10 monthly.As for the lifetime subscription well if you preordered yours then you pay $200 and you don't ever have to pay again,being as though Turbine isn't adding when Frodo destroys the ring for another 5 years you can pay the 200 or you can pay $146 every 12 months.
