Tarraba Quarry is the ugliest in my opinion. Its also a weird shape
Karkand is the only one i can think of, seeing as I haven't played all the maps and don't have any expansions. Although Karkand sets a "Battlefield Setting" it's really ugly.

Karkand's pretty damn ugly, so is Jalalabad.
