BF2S Forums Spawn

Well as most of you know, I'm banned form bf2s.com forums and have been for a very long time.

Some say i'm an arsehole..  actually.. most people do..

Here's the reasoning behind the actions of the character of spawnofthemist.


For my original university degree, we were asked to do a psychology report on "How the actions of one individual can influence the actions and behaviour of others"

So I thought, what better way to demonstrate influencing as many people as I could at once than on a forum.
A large mix of people of different ages, genders, races,

As I was just getting into BF2 at the time, I found BF2s.com and registered my account..
At first I posted normally, asking all the noobish questions, getting to know the place I had to work with... Then once I felt the time was right, I started posting more like the spawnofthemist you may seem to remember from there..

Each action I did, I noted the reactions for my project. Including the following:

• The "Remember, Remember" Thread
• The various "Punk'd" threads
• The flamewars

The bannings and warnings were also taken into account as they were the main points in which my actions influenced others into taking their own courses of action.

The thing that surprised me most was the reactions from either side of the Atlantic Ocean..

I predicted heavy detest from the Americans and not so much from the Euro side.. but I was surprised to find that it was almost the complete opposite way around. The euro guys showed more aggressiveness and hatred towards me, whereas the amercians were less bothered (even though I pissed a lot of them off).


The effort I put into the report landed me with an A grade.
Which was nice.



So yeah, thanks to BF2s.com for my A grade. It was fun, and worth every minute of it.
