manually update pb maybe
i had that when my internet was slow, so his internet maybe to slow.

yeah manually update his pb, if that doesn't help, make sure he isn't downloading stuff etc (or the other computrs on his network) and if that doesn't work, don't play in the evenings, but after midnight of before 8pm
