Even "cannabis induced psychosis" wouldn't make someone decide to go running around and jumping on cars while high.
yeah it is ridiculous. TBH I think he's just blamed the weed and the videogames as he sees it as his "way out" like the southpark episode where they try smoking cigs. The sickening thing is it jus contribute to the campaigns of all the game haters out there and the police will probably also let him go as it was clearly the fault of the games n weed.

And I blame the drugs not the game. Drugs are proven to have a massive impact on people's behavior. Video makes are not.
