OK, I uploaded some stuff to filefront and i feel like an idiot but how do i make it streaming? Do i just have to wait or is there something i did wrong when i uploaded it.

If you just uploaded it and its a supported codec and not uploaded in an archive (zip,rar,7z etc.) then it will show up as streaming in a few days if filefront can process it.
If they are old files that have been around for over a month they won't be processed for streaming video, you'd have to re-upload them.
I know this because only my recent additions to my filefront archive show up as streaming.
