OK, basically i load up css and can play about 5 rounds before it crashes with a "half-life 2 has expierienced a problem and needs to close" message.

i have uninstalled everything to do with half life yet the problem still persists...

can anyone help please?

Tried re-installing CSS?

HL2.exe is CSS. I know that sounds weird but when it says HL2 has a problem it means CSS. There is a chance you have a corrupted file or something possibly.
Whoa... Can't believe these forums are still kicking.
