Silly question, of course you should take it up.
If you have the actual test paper with you, and it has 94% written on it (or whatever to indicate you actually got that), then by all means take it up the the faculty head teacher, deputy principal(s), the principal or even the school board (don't know how schools in the USA work...)
That is a blatant mistake that has had a severe effect on your overall grades. Why wouldn't you take it up with someone?
