Join a squad and be MEC on karkland. Just spam the alley and little yard by the first flag. After people throw frags and or soot and people the go there to reload and hide. Put them i the pathway. They will run over them. Or follow one of those C4 throwers they usually get damage after every throw. You can even climb up on that little roof and throw it down of you want to live longer.

Tried it a lot on Karkand and never ended better than 8 heals (perhaps to much medics (to much "wrong" packs around) trying the same). Finaly I got it more accidentaly on Mashtur: Gunner on Blackhawk, some packs at the heli base, following the guys cleering / repairing assets - tada!

I just got the vet first aid tonight on wake by accident, we had only 1 flag left, the south base and i basicly littered the place with medicpacks, dropped maybe about 20 on the base behind every building and loads on the trail to the beach and i got into a squad who was attacking the beach and just dropped a pack near every wounded guy i saw around me, got loads of reviving points too

I just played ambulance in a jeep on karkand and threw health at anyone that needed it. Unless your server is full of rambo style players, they will take the health and you will get your badge quite easily. The main trick is to find a longer round, look for a 64 size karkand with only 20ish people in it, that way the 300 tickets will take about a 1/2 hour or more to dwindle down giving you lots of time to get the heal points you need.

Be a medic and get in a Humvee or APC - whenever you see a wounded player, drive up next to them.  People almost ALWAYS get in vehicles.  You should rack up heals pretty quick that way.

im coming up close to 750 heals now.. and im going for expert... (got vet on karkand)
my advice is...

-BH on mashtur...
-Karkand... full 64..
-Iron Gator... full 64... just drop them everywhere...
-Mass destruction.. when battling for the first spawnpoint...
-join a squad thats running together.. and realy are teamplaying...
-Warlord the palace... lots of battling there...

ohh yeah.. dont forget to be a medic *lol*

This is when i get the most heal points.. and im not realy trying... should get vet fairly easy by doing that....

I got Vet in the TV station on Warlord. When I loaded in mid map thats all my team had left,  4 of us held that room against tank rounds pounding down and people storming the room by the dozens. Didn't even cross my mind that I could get it untill it happened. Way to much going on.

Basic guidelines. Toss as many packs as you can in a 'close' combat intensive area. Places people will come to take cover from incoming fire etc. If there are 10 other medics trying to do the same thing in the same place then either find a new place or a new kit for a bit.

Yeah, I got vet first aid pretty easy on Karkand.  I always look for a large squad working together.  I walk behind them healing and reviving them.  You will have vet first aid in no time.  I also litter the stair ways with med packs people use the stairs a lot on sharqi.

Just get into karkand and spread your healing boxes wherever there are teammates.
In the latter period of the game, after USMC capture some bases, search for hot spots (that have firefights in and lots of friendlies) and spreads the boxes among your teammates.
Actually I did that on Dragon Valley, but what the heck.
It's an easy one but if you're having trouble karkand is an easy map for this.

Veteran First Aid is easy.
Just play in a good squad in any urband map and go around to capture flags.
After every firefight you should regroup with your squad leader to heal/resupply and let people spawn you couldn't revive.
You get lots of heal and revive points.
After your 10 heal points you can switch to Support and get your 10 resupply points for Veteran.

that made no sense. you can't have any ideas to get via a medal. that's not english
via means to go by. as in, "We're going via the hospital to get to your house"
not, "im going to use this idea to get via a medal". it just doesnt work

okay 1. you cant get verteran heal from taking flags. its healing people not teamwork score.
secondly, you're an idiot

I got mine on a full 44-player Mashtuur. At one point, we were down to just the mosque and people were gathered in a corner. I just laid down and kept tossing medic bags.

2. Yeah, maybe I am an idiot but you are even a greater idiot because you can't read and don't understand what I wrote. Capture flags in a squad means you run across the map from flag to flag and capture them, which is the main goal in BF2 if you haven't figured it out by yourself yet. A lone wolf can capture flags but you're more successful in an organised squad. So obey the commands of your squad leader and follow him. Sooner or later you and your squad mates will face a groups of enemies. They will most likely open fire on you and you will shoot back. An organised squad takes them out easily but even the best player gets wounded. A good squadleader let his people regroup after the enemy is down to resupply and heal the wounded. And that is when your time as medic has come. Toss out some bags, people get healed and you get healing points.
