Does anyone know if its possible to kill someone with y our zipline crossbow?
You can't. Not with the crossbow. The only way you can kill people with the zipline is by removing the line while they're on it.
EDIT: Which is a good thing, cos it's freakishly accurate and you'd have people sniping with it in no time if they could.

How can u pick up the grapple or zipline after u deploy it?
Just press "G". That's assuming you a) don't already have one, b) they're part of your class kit in the first place, and c) you're close enough to it.

Besure friendlies are not on it when you pick it up. . . less they will need a medic.
does it count as a TK against you if they fall when you take it down?
Pretty sure it does - after all, don't all deaths count as kills, suicides or TKs? I'm guessing if your stats profile says you can have zipline *kills*, then you should be able to get TKs.
