Maybe - you ever notice - fat guys have HUGE calf muscles.

But that much mass - would make you get tired quickly like a fat guy does (by his excess mass)?

I don't know if it can be Galactus. He's not a villain, he's just a powerful cosmic being. Also, he's never been able to eat Earth. That's got to put one in the minus column. What about Thanos? He did wipe out half the universe. The question is too broad. You've got someone like Magneto, who can do anything with metal and I think he was able to able to do some more powerful stuff that the writers just figured was within his scope. Like putting Avalon in the orbit of Earth. That can't be easy. Then you've got Apocolypse who has been around for thousands of years. You've got the Kingpin who is powerful in a non super-powered way. But then you've got all these super powerful cosmic beings out there.

Actually, using my own logic, I guess you could say Dark Phoenix is the most powerful being. She wiped out a solar system, but she was also a bad guy on a more human/earthly level.
