Yeah its called Ski-Free (but i think we've established that now).

Used to play it all the time on Windows 3.1

You can outrun the Snowman for quite a while if you keep getting the jumps. But i think its impossible to outrun him. If you go too far ahead another one comes along if i remember correctly.

Yeah Rattlerrace also rocked. And there was that one where you had to move blocks to capture the cats and then they turned into cheese for your mouse. Good times.
