We Finally formed a Clan. we are about 15 players always playing on free servers. we are thinking about getting our own dedicated server on bf2. The purpose is to find clans to play against. Before we get our server I would like some advise as to how to locate clans. Is there a site for his? and how do you go about getting a match going?

get mIRC. almost all clans will have a channel. it's the easiest way of setting up scrims and whatever else. for actual matches, find a league to play in.

Most Clan servers have their website address in the server messages.  Always a good idea to drop by their site/forums and say hello, maybe jump in their TS or Vent server to say hello.

Getting to know clans will make getting regular scrimmages (scrims) that much easier.  Who knows, they may already be in a league and the intro could lead to all that stuff as well.

The main thing IMO is to get to know the community if you want any form of true team A vs. team B game play (aka no smacktards).
