Yesterday I was awarded the WCR unfortunately I have a glitch like this guy

So my question is if I go below the 3:1 win loss ratio is it possible to lose the ribbon and once again try for it after I get above the 3:1 ratio again

Notice it's in the newest awards part but not in the total awards I want to try and fix this myself so can you lose the ribbon.
