Nah, it's stock is made of pipe, and so is the barrel, I'm assuming it's handmade.  I't probably does fire .50 cal ammo though.  I doubt it's very accurate though.

but the 12.7mm is russias version of the .50 BMG

Anyone willing to shoot this is likely on a one way mission, that rust is so deep I wouldn't be surprised at all if it blew up in the shooters face.

It does have the look that it might shoot shotgun ammunition though, either that or flares.  Both are low pressure (a .22LR has more pressure behind it than a 12 gauge) but that's still gotta be able to handle at least 15,000psi.
