I Need Help on first expert badge

Ok so i have clocked the 100 hours for sniper, and i am a pretty good sniper (roughly 42% accurate, but i die alot). But i got a few noob questions about getting the Expert Sniper Badge (both the SF and the regular BF2 one):

1)I'm not sure if I need to get them in order (regular then SF), and
2) I'm not sure if i can obtain the regular one on an SF level.
3) I wasn't sure if i needed the 35 kills with the sniper RIFLE or just the kit. Because i swear i got like 46 kills on Iron Gator and didn't get squat for it using all the stuff in the sniper kit.
4) It would be nice to know what levels in both SF and regular are the best for obtaining the badge or any helpful strategies and tips.

1) you can get either badge...regular expert or SF expert...in either order
2) regular on SF=no....regular in regular bf2 and sf in sf
3) 35 kills with any weapon in sniper kit..or in a tank, plane, heli, bmp while sniper
4) karkand IO for regular. claymores all over. warlord for SF, again...abuse the claymore

I can answer #3 for you:
You need 35 with the kit only, whether you snipe, snife, pistol, etc.

And despite what you're about to hear, DO NOT claymore spam in IO Karkand. It'll work, but you won't feel like you earned the badge.

vehicle/karkand (IO, No clay spam)/anything with a chopper or jet and you can get a lot of kills ^^

You can also get by commanding and dropping arty if that's how you roll.

1) they will come in order no matter what, since the SF one needs more kills
2) yup, you most certainly can, that's how i got all my veterans, just went in a server and got both the vanilla and SF ones in the same rounds, much fun
3) just the kit, go claywhoring if you need to (and you might have used another kit and not noticed, or BFHQ might not have updated yet and so you didn't "have" the requirements yet)
4) best vanilla maps:
Karkand IO clay spam
Jalalabad for rifle (you could do Wake probably too)

SF:
ghost town is good
Warlord IO clay spam

you probably had a few kills that said killed these dont count towards the badge i had the same problem with my vetern

If you are a good jet pilot, jump in the jet and get those kills up in vanilla. Got all but one or two experts that way. Need to play SF a bit more to find some long rounds.

Oh yea ONE more question.....
What size maps should i be playing on???? like for karkand and the clay spammin, should i do like 32 or so? Or fulll blown 64?? and for other levels what size should i be playin on?/???

Get on an IO karkand server that is running 64 player maps but has its max players set to 20. The rest is all you.
