Fraps Question.

I have a question about fraps regarding reducing lag while recording.

Do I need to set the FPS box in the application to the FPS I am getting in game? Or is their something I would need to know?

yes ... though if it fluctuates like mine (FPS) that causes a problem - and it will lag unless you have a good comp

Well i rarely get below 60fps in bf2, but as soon as i hit record it goes to 29-30 fps.. really kinda sucks.

Fraps reduces the ingame FPS to the value you set in the movie options.

e.g.: I record with 60 fps to be sure that the frames don't go under 30 fps which would be terrible for me cause i normally play with more than 70 fps in game on the standard maps. In SF the minimum fps were 30 while in the Iron Gator ship with 4x AA and 16x AF
