Yep, another tech help thread from me.

I'm being disconnected from the net everytime my phone rings. I've had this problem for a while, but I've only noticed the link with the phone recently. I'm with iinet on a net/phone bundle. Does anyone know if this is a problem I have to take up with my ISP, or is there something I can do on my end?
I really want to fix this, calls that come in at the end of a game have cost me more gold medals then I can count.

Make sure your filters are installed properly. You need AT LEAST ONE for every phone/fax/modem that's plugged in. The reason I say "at least one" is I have a fairly noisy phone line and also a cordless phone. I have 3 filters on the phone, otherwise I get disconnected. Apparently not all filters are equal and the ones that ISPs send out aren't the best.

EDIT: Also, change your phone number and make it a silent number. Don't give the number out to anybody, even your family. If you do they might call and that would be bad.

you can pick up spliters at radio shack. might as well get a couple
