Yesterday I entered a SF server, played 5 rounds on it, all of them with a positive kdr, several knife kills and a whole lot of headshots.

Then, when updating my stats today in the morning, i noticed, that none of the points were recorded, even more, even the time spent on Surge was not mentioned im my stats. Even the map Surge seems to be missing.

And YES, it was a ranked server, I dont play any others...

Something similar happened to you? What could the bug be?

Well, it means a lot of people playing BF2. A LOT. I'm sorry to say, your stats will take some time to update.

I've had it take 2.5 days before. Patience, grasshopper. If you don't see your points by Monday, then the server forked up somehow and didn't upload them.

In the meantime, go and earn some badges/medals/ribbons.
They won't count, but it's fun to get the same badge over and over.

Once the server you played on uploads your stats and EA process them, they'll show in your stats. Until then, all you can do is wait.

BUT what is interesting, is that a whole map disappeared from my stats...

I think there needs to be a yes/no button when any new topic is made now and it should ask this very simple question....

Does the thread you are about to create contain any reference to your stats not updating? YES or NO?

If yes...then it should redirect to the relevant place that explains exactly why your 50 points have not shown up.

yeah lately its been crapping out, yesterday i went 30 kills and 2 deaths for 2 rounds at jalabad as a sniper and nothing has updated, worst of all was i also completed several ribbons that also fail to update. on the bright side, it didn't give me a gold and a silver medal, but screwed me over on my meritous ribbon, my 120 best round USMC (i needed for Navy Cross), and all my sniper glory i am hoping it will record my stuff

meh, patience, it's Summer AND a friday, meaning all the kiddies AND adults are playing, these things take time

the best way i've found to get quick stat's loaded is to play like 6+ hrs straight, that way your stats won't have updated for a hell of a long time so it'll be quick

Can someone explain to me how EA gets the stats and the server and such, cause I never really understood. I was once told that whatever you do on the ranked server, is then processed and sent to EA, and only when EA recieves the stats info then they began to update. Is it because the server I have been playing on haven't been sending the stats, or is it because too many servers have sent stats and EA is overwhelmed?
