never.
there are no unlocks for sf.
there are no unlocks for sf.
i thought the way it worked was that you only got them when you ranked up, just like in vanilla bf2. so with sf installed, you jsut get two unlocks instead of one when you rank up.
Thats right. They are available with the same rank up requirements as BF2 regular. If you rank up in regular you pick a gun and the next time you launch SF you pick a gun and the other way around.
oh ok so i just get 2 when i get a normal rank up
Cept there are two less SF unlocks than BF2 unlocks. I'm not sure how it works.
I think for the first two unlocks in regular bf2 you don't get any sf unlocks. Then after that you two unlocks for every rank you go up
I have all Unlocks you can get (rank: Sergeant Major) but i cant´t use my unlocks in SF. For example I can´t use the G36E when I´m russian. But on the other hand I can use my regular BF2 unlocks (f. eg. the PKM) in SF. And of cause I can use the unlocked SF weapons in regular BF2.
Is that normal that I can use my unlocked SF-weapons in BF2 but not in SF? I´m a little confused. I thaught that I´m able to use all my unlocks in every game (BF2 and SF)?

I'm confused... So does anyone know for sure how it works? There seems to be different responses.
Once you unlock a gun in BF2 you get an additional gun unlocked for SF and vice versa? Or is it unlocked independently for each game? Meaning even if you have maxed unlocks on BF2 and no score on SF you won't have any SF unlocks until you get required score for it.
Also, if its the whole 2 unlocks thing, wouldn't that kind of screw over the people who already have all the BF2 unlocks and have not bought SF yet? I'm just confused on how it all works...perhaps theres a official explanation by EA for this?

dunno how many SF unlocks u get with a promotion. I'd been Seargant Major, bought SF, played a round, switched back to BFHQ and could unlock all. so I can use the SF weapons in BF2. on the other hand, I can use the BF2 unlocks in SF, but not my SF unlocks.
i.e. when im insurgent, i cant use the f2000 as my assaut rifle, but the G3 from bf2. when i am MEC in BF2, i can use the f2000 as well as the G3.
the idea is clear: guys, when u got SF, u can play BF2 much better (for those who didnt think about buying the game coz of the game itself).
