SF Reboots my pc?!?!?!

I searched and found nothing too useful for this problem.

I had played BF2 for quite some time. Very occasionally, during the 1.12 patch era, it would reboot my whole pc while loading a server (not singleplayer maps those are fine). Now, after having BF2:SF installed, and having reinstalled the patch, I have tihs problem each and every time I try to load any online server.

Who knows how to fix this?

Sounds funny... Is it a crash or does BF:SF ask you to reboot???

Process of this particular crash:

Run Game
Select Account
Hit Multiplayer
Load Servers
Select Server
Loading...
PC Reboots.

And my PC has the following...

ATI Radeon 9600 XT 256mb (I think I have the current driver...waht # is that driver?)
AMD Athelon 64 3600+
1gb of RAM (Two 512 cards)
DFI LanParty UT mobo
Integrated Sound
120 GB HD
WinXP SP2

This is but one of the problems I've had between BF2 and BF2S, but whenever I posted on the others nobody ever replied.

Now that you know what happens and what my specs are, please see if you can help

Sorry I haven't been around I got WoW and played that for a while instead...anways...that eraser thing I can't find, the one called Battlefield 2 Eraser 1.1 and it didn't show on google where can I get it?

ok. it may be your GFX card. I am becoming a fucking tester for nvidia and ati. went through 4 (four) GFX cards in the last 3 months. only one works without any probs. others caused crashes, hangs, black screens while zoomed it, etc etc...
so...maybe get a different GFX card???
