I read earlier its going from east to west across the US of A and Southern Canada tonight 9:49-9:59 PM EST.

You are supposed to be able to see both the Shuttle and the station, for over ten minutes, traveling at over 18,000mph... nice

I saw it many times a few years ago when I lived in central Illinois. One time I saw the shuttle right near the Hubble telescope (it was on a mission to fix it) and then 90 minutes later I saw them again on the next orbit, together. Another time I saw the shuttle near the space station and they appeared about 5 minutes after the NASA page said they were supposed to. The NASA page is totally accurate so I checked the web and it turned out the shuttle had made a course correction an hour earlier that threw off the timing. It was cool that I knew it from looking at the sky before I saw it on the web.

For you people in Chicago, it is not the space station.  It is actually the baseball Bartman touched.

I just watched it. It went fast. Only up there for about 90 seconds.

And it covered 80% of the visible sky. It was amazing.

Did anybody else see it?
