Okay, why can't EA create a 5 star general that requires Expert rating and maybe have a hundred slots or less?

Because they are going by marine corp ranks and in the usmc 4 star general is the highest rank and it is only given out in times of emergency.

Anyway, aren't there 5 star ranks on pre 1.3 servers? I dunno. Would be kinda cool, but right now, 4 stars don't even show up on the game. (Only on the scoreboard.)
