Does anyone know/measure out the dimensions of a bill, doesn't matter what kind, 5, 10, 20... any will do.

I tried googling/wiki'ing it, but its not the kind of info thats easy to find..

I'd measure it myself, but i don't have any bills on me..

What are the dimensions of U.S. paper currency?
Our present currency measures 2.61 inches wide by 6.14 inches long, and the thickness is 0.0043 inches. Larger sized notes in circulation before 1929 measured 3.125 inches by 7.4218 inches.
